If you choose to order any of our amazing syrups, ciders or other items for shipping, you acknowledge that there is a chance, no matter how  wonderful we package your order, that it will become damaged In transit.  We are not responsible for any damage the mail system might cause once it leaves our Shop and you will have to file a claim with the shipping provider directly. Unfortunately, the postal service and UPS don't always  handle packages with the same love and care that we do. 

Idaho Falls porch pick ups are made available as a convenience to our clients. Orders will be taken to a central Idaho Falls location after the Shop closes at 6:00pm where you can pick them up free of charge. Items ordered for porch pick up are expected to be retrieved within 4 hours of notification, otherwise they may freeze and become damaged. Modern Hippie is not responsible for damaged items left overnight.

We make everything fresh, without preservatives, which means you are getting the best we have to offer. When you place an order and don't pick it up in a timely manner, you are reducing the shelf life on the product we have set aside for you. Failure to pick up your items within 4 calendar days (96 hours from order placement) will result in forfeiture of your items and you will not be entitled to a refund.
