Air Delivery for Rural Idaho

Anyone who knows us understands that our clients mean a lot to us. When a mom is at home with a sick baby and needs an order way out in the boondocks of rural Idaho, we have to hope the Post Office can get it there in a timely manner.

The Post Office has recently modified the way they handle mail in the region. Even if an order is being shipped from our Shop in Rigby, it will be routed through Boise before returning to Pocatello and then to our rural communities in Eastern Idaho. That means a simple shipment from Rigby to Arco (or Soda Springs or Mackay) can take upwards of 3-5 days.

Now that our son, Chandler, is a pilot with a plane we can offer FASTER delivery to remote areas without charging clients an arm and a leg.  For the same cost as our regular delivery (just $15) we can have your order flown into your nearest airport in Eastern Idaho in approximately 24 hours. We coordinate with you and you just meet us at the airport.

Flying can be very fast and reliable, but it does have it's limitations. We do ask that all orders be for $75 or more. Here are a few things we have to consider before committing to taking your order by air:

1. Plan to meet us at your airport to pick up your order
2. Some smaller rural airports are not maintained in the winter, so we cannot land there
3. Bad weather (high winds, fog, storms, snow/ice) will keep us on the ground. If bad weather creeps in then we may have to end up shipping your order to you.

Getting your order to you quickly is important to us, so we will do what we can to work with you to ensure timely delivery. Below are some of the airports in the region where we can potentially fly in to meet you.
